Submit a return request
Return any item you’ve purchased on Chumbani and have not used or worn (except items marked Final Sale) for Chumbani Site Credit. You must file a Return Request within 4 days of delivery.
If the item you received was not sold as described or is inauthentic, you may file a Misrepresentation Claim to request a full refund. For items not eligible for return, you can relist on Chumbani and sell the item to another buyer.
Will I get site credit or a refund?
Receive a full refund to your original payment source if…
We conclude after reviewing your Misrepresentation Claim that the seller’s listing differs substantially from the item you received. This includes, but is not limited to, inauthentic items, items with unreported damage and wear, and inaccuracies in the listing.
Receive Chumbani Site Credit if…
You are dissatisfied with the item for any reason; such as the style, fit or just changing your mind, unless the item is marked Final Sale.
Chumbani finds during review of your Misrepresentation Claim that the item is authentic and was accurately described at the time of sale.
Site credit can be used on any item for sale on Chumbani, is non-transferable and expires after one year.
Print a free return shipping label
After submitting a Return Request, you can print your free Return Shipping Label from your Purchases page. Pack the item carefully using your own shipping materials and apply the label to the outside of the package. Make sure to secure the item in its packaging, as you’re responsible for delivering it to us in the same condition you received it in.
Ship to Chumbani
Please drop off your item to any post office or your local postal worker promptly. Returns must be received at Chumbani headquarters within 10 days of your return request. Ineligible returns will be sent back to you.
Get Chumbani Site Credit
Your return will be processed and inspected within 7 days of delivery to Chumbani, and you’ll be notified via email when your Chumbani Site Credit is available. Use it to buy something new to love!
Get what you ordered, or your money back
Chumbani sellers are required to honestly and accurately represent items in their listings, including all relevant information about size, color, style, and condition.
If you feel unsure about the authenticity of an item you purchased, or believe your item was otherwise misrepresented, you can file a Misrepresentation Claim within 4 days of receiving your order. Head over to your Purchases page to submit your request.
Our Returns and Authentication Team will review your claim. If we determine the item is a designer replica, or was otherwise misrepresented, you’ll get a full refund back to your original payment source.
If the item is deemed authentic and accurately described in the listing, you’ll be issued a Chumbani Site Credit to find something new to love.
Final Sale (Non-Returnable) items
Some items are marked Final Sale and cannot be returned for Chumbani Site Credit. If a Final Sale item you purchase is misrepresented by the seller, submit a Misrepresentation Claim within 4 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Chumbani does not allow order cancellations and all sales are binding. If the seller does not ship your order within 14 days of purchase, you may request a cancellation by contacting us.

Chumbani processes and returns items back to you, free of charge
We do all of the work, so you don’t have to. Chumbani provides customer service for your buyer, covers return shipping and handling, and performs an expert evaluation of every returned item to ensure it’s been handled with care.
Re-list returned items in just seconds
When a buyer returns your item for any reason other than due to the item being damaged, counterfeit or not as described by the seller, we will re-list it for you. You won’t receive any earnings, but your item will be returned to your online closet as an in-house Chumbani account for another buyer to love. If the item is returned by Buyer due to the item being damaged, counterfeit or not as described by the seller, you will receive full site credit, and the seller shall pay for return shipping costs to Chumbami.
Zero-tolerance fraud policy
All sales on Chumbani are binding.
After you place your order, Chumbani prompts the seller each day to log in to their account to confirm they have the item to ship to you. If the seller does not acknowledge any Chumbani alerts within the first three days, the order will be automatically canceled just after midnight on the 4th morning.
When the seller confirms your order, they’re prompted to ship within 7 days from when you purchased. If it’s been over 7 days and no confirmation has been received, you can contact Chumbani to cancel your order.
If the order is canceled
You’ll see the status update on your Purchases page and receive an email confirmation of the cancellation and refund.
